As our products fall under the category of intimate wear, we maintain strict hygiene protocols to ensure every customer receives a fresh and unused product.
Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene, health and safety reasons, all purchases made on Aura Shapewear are final.
We do not accept:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Refunds
This policy applies to all shapewear products purchased through www.aurashapewear.in.
We encourage customers to carefully review the product description, size guide and measurements before placing an order. If you need assistance selecting the correct size, our Customer Support team will be happy to help before you make your purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective upon delivery, or different from the item ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@aurashapewear.in.
To help us resolve your request promptly, please include:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the outer packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once your request has been reviewed and verified, Aura Shapewear will, at its sole discretion, arrange for a replacement or provide another appropriate resolution.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been packed for dispatch or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request an order cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible at support@aurashapewear.in.
Refunds
As Aura Shapewear does not accept returns or exchanges on delivered products, refunds are generally not applicable.
Refunds, where approved by Aura Shapewear due to exceptional circumstances such as order cancellation by us, stock unavailability or verified delivery of an incorrect or defective product, will be processed to the original payment method or by bank transfer, as applicable.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on your payment provider and are generally completed within 7–10 business days after approval.
