At Aura Shapewear, we are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you safely, securely and on time. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Timelines

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours after successful payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is 4–6 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your delivery location.
Dispatch and delivery timelines may vary during sale events, festive seasons, public holidays or periods of high order volumes.

Serviceable Locations

Aura Shapewear currently ships across India (subject to courier serviceability).
Delivery to certain remote or non-serviceable pin codes may not be possible due to courier partner restrictions.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
A standard shipping charge of ₹100 will be applicable on orders below ₹999.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders based on pin code serviceability.
The availability of COD will be displayed at the time of checkout.
Aura Shapewear reserves the right to disable or restrict COD for certain locations, customers or promotional campaigns at its sole discretion.
Customers opting for COD are required to make the full payment to the delivery executive before accepting the shipment.

Order Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse(s) to ensure timely dispatch and efficient delivery.
We work with trusted logistics and courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and in the shortest possible time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your shipment tracking details via email and/or SMS.

Delays

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeline, deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Adverse weather conditions
Public or national holidays
Natural disasters
Operational or courier delays
Government restrictions or unforeseen events

In such situations, our team will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed regarding the status of your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Aura Shapewear does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on shapewear products once delivered.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@aurashapewear.in with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Our team will review your request and assist you with an appropriate resolution.
